Bill is a happy cartoonist, caricaturist and illustrator.  His editorial illustrations have appeared in the Washington Post, Arlington Journal, Asheville Citizen-Times and Mountain Xpress. He has also illustrated poetry and children’s books. 

A traveler to 30 countries, Bill retired to Asheville, NC, where he is an instructor at UNCA/OLLI.  Bill has taught cartooning and art courses since 2000.
